Brampton Fall Fair Fundraiser -  8/31/2010

Our club has been invited to coordinate the parking of cars at the fair on September 16-19.  We will need six to 12 volunteers per shift.  In addition to club members, we are inviting volunteers from other nonprofit organizations to assist us.  The club will make a donation to those organizations based on the number of hours that their members/friends volunteer.  For more information, call Mark Brewer at (905) 791-8320 or email him.

Latin & Ballroom Dance Lessons -  1/3/2010
The public is invited to Sunday afternoon dance lessons for 8 weeks beginning January 10 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Brampton.  More details on the "Dance Classes" page of this website.

Gary Cresswell Elected President -  10/1/2009
Gary Cresswell has been elected president of the club for 2009-10.  In addition, John Boyd has been selected as president-elect and Maria Gushue as vice president.  The club administrative year is from October 1 to September 30.

Lt. Gov. of Division 7 -  8/8/2009
On August 8, President Mark Brewer was installed as Lieutenant Governor for 2009-10 of Division 7 of the Eastern Canada and Caribbean District of Kiwanis International.  This installation took place at the 92nd annual convention of the district.  Mark will be serving a 2-year term.  He is the sixth Brampton club member to serve in this capacity.
